General information, not legal advice

Everything on TicketDue — guides, court pages, the eligibility checker and the deadline calculator — is general information about traffic ticket courses. It is not legal advice and doesn't take account of your circumstances. Courts set their own procedures and fees and can change them at any time. Always follow the instructions on your citation and from your court, and speak to a lawyer if you need advice about your case.

We are not a court or government agency

TicketDue is an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with any court, city, county, state agency or the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, and we can't file anything with a court for you.

Accuracy

We check our pages against official sources and show the date each page was last checked. We can't guarantee that every page is complete or up to date. Deadlines calculated by our tools are estimates based on the dates you enter; the dates set by your court are the ones that count.

Prices

Course prices and court fees are those published at the time we checked. Actual amounts may differ.

Course providers and affiliate links

We may earn a commission from some course providers (see how we make money). Providers are independent businesses; any contract you make is with them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from use of this site, including missed deadlines. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
